What is Edusphere?
Edusphere is a college ERP for private colleges in India, made by Edusphere Private Limited in Faridabad. It covers timetables, attendance, internal marks, exam results, course material and AI study material in one system. It works on mobile for students, phone or laptop for faculty, and a web console for the office.
Can it replace our current ERP?
Edusphere is built to replace it, in two phases. Phase 1, in Edusphere today, covers the academic day, from the timetable to the results. Phase 2 adds fees and payments, payroll and HR, library, hostel, transport, accreditation reports such as NAAC, parent access and an AI chat assistant. Each is optional, on terms agreed in writing when it is ready. Until then, that work stays where it runs today.
What do faculty get in Edusphere?
Faculty get their own timetable and calendar, on a phone or laptop. They see the attendance and marks of all their students. They mark attendance, save a draft, then submit and lock it. They save marks as a draft, then publish them. They upload exam results, and course material once for the whole section. Their class notices and announcements reach students as notifications.
Which devices does Edusphere run on?

AI study material is a set of summaries, flashcards, practice questions and a glossary. Each study set shows the upload and date it came from. Each study set is saved to the student’s own library. AI study material is included in the college’s annual total, with no separate AI charge.

How long does go-live take?
The whole college is live within four weeks of the day we receive its spreadsheets. We set up the whole college ourselves and train every department’s faculty in person before go-live. Go-live falls between exam windows, and faculty keep their current process until then. The go-live date and the annual total are in writing before anything starts.
Who sets Edusphere up?
We do. We set up the whole college ourselves and train every department’s faculty in person before go-live. A founder-led team comes to the campus. Your college names a coordinator who sends us the spreadsheets and agrees the go-live date with us. Every enquiry gets a reply within one working day.

Pricing
How is it priced?
Edusphere is priced per college, based on its number of students, and quoted as one annual total plus GST, in writing. Edusphere never charges students. AI study material is included in the annual total, with no separate AI charge. For a group, there is one agreement and one annual quote for the trust.
Do students pay anything?
No. Edusphere never charges students. If fee payments are ever handled through Edusphere, any payment-gateway charges will be paid by the college, never by students. The college pays one annual total plus GST, based on its number of students. It is quoted in writing before anything starts.

Your data
Who owns our data?
The college owns its data. This is written into the agreement the college signs with us. The agreement also says that when the college leaves, its data is deleted. For any other question about your data, ask us on the demo call. We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
