Phase 2, and how to stop.
Phase 2 adds fees and payments, payroll and HR, library, hostel, transport, accreditation reports such as NAAC, parent access and an AI chat assistant. Each is optional, on terms agreed in writing when it is ready. Until then, that work stays where it runs today.

A college can stop at the end of any semester, with 30 days’ notice and no exit fee. Its data is deleted when it leaves.

AI study material is included in the annual total, with no separate AI charge. For a group, there is one agreement and one annual quote for the trust.
Do students pay anything?

Is AI study material charged separately?
No. AI study material is included in the college’s annual total, with no separate AI charge. It covers summaries, flashcards, practice questions and a glossary. Each study set shows the upload and date it came from. Each study set is saved to the student’s own library.
